We are looking for an experienced Meat Cutter to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing a variety of meats for sale in our store.
This includes ensuring that all cuts are accurate and that all meat is handled and stored properly.
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent knife skills, and the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Cut, trim, and grind meat products according to customer specifications.
Ensure that all safety and sanitation standards are met.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Label and store all meat products in the proper containers.
Weigh and package products for sale.
Operate cutting equipment safely and efficiently.
Sausage Making Patty and specialty items Smoking Experience is a plus Job Type:
