Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Food Service Worker to join our team.
As a Food Service Worker, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional food service to our customers.
You will be responsible for preparing and serving food, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and portion control guidelines Assist in food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, cooking meats, and assembling food trays Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food service area, including sanitizing workstations, utensils, and equipment Ensure adherence to all food safety and hygiene regulations Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any concerns or complaints Assist in inventory management, including stocking and replenishing food and supplies Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth food service operations Follow all company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Ability to work well in a team and individually Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed If you are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and enjoy working in a dynamic team environment, we would love to hear from you.
