Lakeside Eatery is a restaurant, partnering with Horseheads Brewery, on the southern tip of Seneca Lake, in Watkins Glen.
Our focus is Quality over Quantity.
Our menu focuses on fresh & local ingredients.
We create the majority of our dishes in house, from scratch.
This allows for a menu that inspires passion & creativity, as well as offers our guests unique dishes not seen elsewhere.
We also strive to create an exciting atmosphere.
Being right on the lake (the old marina), we host live music at least twice a week, trivia night on Thursdays and are excited to introduce our new Rec Room (game area) this coming season.

Line Cook Our kitchen is run as a tight knit team:
We aim for professionalism with a little fun mixed in.
Paid training is offered to everyone, with or without experience, to better acclimate you to our team & help you understand our processes.
As a line cook, you can expect to:
